Shipping Information

When would you receive your order:
Orders received before 1300hrs (1 PM, IST) shall be despatched the same day. We ship all our orders through first class couriers, and they are likley to be delivered within 1-3 business days of despatch

Shipping and handling charges:
All orders of value exceeding Rs.700, shall be eligible for FREE delivery. Orders of lesser value shall be levied a delivery charge of Rs.30.

Return Policy
We are keen that you feel healthy and happy  with VijayVeda's range of products. As such, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly take returns within 40 days of your purchase.

How do you make the return:
While we ensure that all our products are of the highest quality; should you observe any issues, please call our customer care department at +91- 7302920052, who shall assist you with the process. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipment.

When will you receive your refund:
You shall receive the refund amount as credit balance to the payment instrument you used while making your purchase. Should you have made your payment in cash, the refund shall be credited to your PayTM account
